Jonathan M. McGee, Esq.

Jon graduated from the University of Arizona, after previously attending the University of Southern California on a football scholarship, and then received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Jon is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona, California and Nevada. During law school, Jon was business editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and co-director of VITA (Arizona State University’s volunteer income tax assistance program). Prior to joining the Firm, Jon primarily focused on real estate acquisition and development working for one of the largest residential developers in the country. Since joining our Firm, Jon focuses his practice on probate and trust administration, estate planning, business and real estate transactions, taxation, civil and commercial litigation and construction law. Jon is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona. He also sits on the Board of the Douglas County Community Foundation.
